Dedicate your 15 minutes daily.
Seated posture, closed eyes and observed breath.
Why it works?
Release stress hormones.
It boosts attention span.
Build a chain of thoughts.
4. Sleep-wake cycle
Experts recommend that adults require 7 to 9 hours of sleep.
Why is 7 to 9 hours compulsory?
It help against diabetes and heart disease.
Support healthy brain function.
