Nice to hear, So now is just the format of ideology concept... Now I must warn you in advance as far as exploring sentients and consciousness, in the vain of helping readers to discover their own voice... I have a 60+ year perspective. Now I don't want to but heads as far as whose ideology is more species friendly.

What format do you feel more comfortable with? Perhaps a debate format or maybe it can be done some other way you are more comfortable with. Any Ideas of how we can work a topic exploration. Maybe, we can interview each other?

Another thing that I have found helpful when I experience anxiety is to put my fingers on the bone behind my ears, press slightly, and make small circles with my fingers. I usually will feel instant relaxation.

This was a great read. These ideas touch on something I noticed in my work; field of energy around us retains memory.

Who we step into every day is deliberately shaped by our perception, self talk, connection to external field, internal maintenance, what have done over time, and ability to zoom between these factors of impact.

You are what surrounds you, in less words.

I'm thankful I came across this newsletter. I think its meant for me.

Also, thank you for mentioning the sleep - wake cycle.

I've had bad experiences with not sleeping. It has affected my physical and mental health, to the point I started having sleep paralysis. A term I never knew I'd have to research on.

At a young age, to say to someone, "I can't sleep" feels weird - people think so.

I'm working on it and I believe it will go well.

These tips work.
